OECD says economic activity in Russia slows down in May
MOSCOW, Jul 10 (PRIME) -- Russia’s economic activity slowed down, and the Composite Leading Indicators (CLI) index calculated by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) for the country fell to 100.9 points in May from 101.0 in April, the OECD said in a statement on Monday.
“In India, the CLI points to stable growth momentum, while tentative signs of easing growth are emerging in Russia,” the statement read.
The CLI includes early signals of economic growth or decline, preceding economic dynamics changes and can be seen as a short-term economic development forecast.
